The only course for Engineering First Degree i.e., Bachelor of Engineering (BE) is offered at BITS Pilani. The same is equivalent to B.Tech. Best wishes.

Your question is incomplete, as you haven't mentioned about the stream of engineering for the placement comparison. It is quite an important factor as the Institute's placement varies according them. However, if BE in Computer Science & Engineering is considered, the comparison can be like
BITS>Manipal University>VIT>UPES>SRM>KIIT.

It is one of the best private engineering colleges in India. The placement and academic records of BITS soar high. You can visit the website of BITS if you wish to know more about the courses it offers including MBA. For MBA, it's the best college in terms of ROI.

You will probably get the call in the last week of April or first week of May for the interview process. For rescheduling, you need to send a mail to the admission cell explaining about the cause for rescheduling. Then, you have to wait for their reply and you need to act accordingly.
