BITS Pilani is in 25th place and the other campus are not there in top 100. So, The Hyderabad campus can be in some 150's and Goa campus has a rank around in 200+. .

Both are good Institutes as you can pursue in anyone. If you really like CSE and you think you want to go with CSE then go for LNMIIT, else if you think you want to go with BITS, Goa you can. Both has good placement opportunities. It's not which institute but you have to decide in which branch you want to join.

No, you will not be eligible for BITSAT as for the entrance, you need to be of Science background with PCM compulsory as this is an engineering entrance. So sorry for you.
