Hi Anindaa,
Yes, you can do so. There are different universities like Acharya Nagarjuna University Centre for Distance Education, Guntur, Directorate of Distance Education, Madurai Kamaraj University etc. Which provide M.Sc. In botany through distance learning.

Hi Mithuna,
Both the courses have their own importance. If you are looking forward to pursue B.Sc in either of the fields, then you need to decide if you are interested in making career in researching for plant life or animal's life. The key difference between both the courses is that Zoology deals in study of animals whereas Botany is entirely about the study of plants. So, you need to make a choice if you are interested in Animal kingdom or Plant kingdom and then apply for graduation.

After doing B.Sc in Chemistry, Botany and Zoology, you can pursue M.Sc in any of these subjects. You can also think of doing your B.Ed which will make you eligible for teaching jobs in high schools.
