I have almost completed my first year and the truth is if you wanna drag yourself through then its not that hard but if you wanna be good at it and not fail in medical subjects in tests and final exams, not even once, especially Biochem, anatomy, Medicine (including internal and allied) and surgery (and allied) then the course is not easy at all.

Maths has nothing to do with this course. Whether you did it or not is one and the same thing as far as Physiotherapy is concerned. You are eligible for the course though. Some institutes ask for Biology as a subject in class 12.

You can do it first of all you can do your BPT from India then you can apply for MPT from abroad.
