You need to achieve the required level of English to get into the university in your selected program. However, you do not need to have reached the required level before you apply. The university first looks at your academic qualifications and if you don’t match the English level requirement then you need to take an IELTS academic test. International students can apply for more than 300 undergraduate courses and 250 postgraduate courses at the University of Bristol.
