National or state-level entrance tests, such as JEE Main, UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination), or Bennett University's entrance exam, are frequently the basis for admission to BTech programs at Bennett University. To be considered for admission, candidates must achieve the minimum grades or ranks set by the university.

Candidates must have earned a cumulative 60% in Physics and Mathematics as required subjects in their Class 12th (or equivalent) Diploma from an accredited board.
Performance in national or state-level entrance exams, such as JEE Main, REAP (Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process), or other pertinent entrance exams as designated by the university, may also be a factor in admission to BTech programs at JECRC University.

ITM University offers a 4 year BTech in Computer Science Engineering course at the UG level. The eligibility criteria for doing B.Tech programme at ITM university, Raipur is as follows:
- Qualify 12th grade with minimum grade of upto 60%. There is no need to clear any entrance examinations
The course offers admission to 120 students.

At BFIT Group of Institutions, Dehradun, aspirants must have passed their 10+2 exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as required subjects in order to be considered for the B.Tech degree program. They needed to have received at least 50% of the possible points in the qualifying exam. Candidates also need to have passed any state-level engineering entrance test, such as JEE Main, with a valid result. Admissions are made on the basis of available seats and merit. Applicants to the BFIT Group of Institutions, Dehradun's B.Tech programme may come from both Science and vocational backgrounds.

Assam Down Town University (ADTU) offers BTech programme at UG level. To get admission in BTech, candidates must have minimum 45% aggregate in Class 12 with Science subjects, and appear for Assam CEE or JEE main exam. Eligible candidates can apply online on the official website of Assam Down Town University (ADTU).

Like any other university there are some eligibility criteria for taking admission in DBRAU which are:
- Academic Qualification : Candidate must qualify 10+2 or equivalent examination with recognised board with subject such as Physics, Maths and Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject. With at least 50% marks ( 45% for reserved category).
- Entrance exam : Candidates needs to qualify in the Uttar Pradesh Common Entrance Test (UPCET) conducted by the university for admission to the B.Tech program.

The candidates should have secured an aggregate of 50% marks in 10th class and 12th class with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects from a recognised board. The overall cutoff percentile for MAT is 70. University do not offer management quota unlike other private universities.

For admission to GNSU BTech CSE course, it is necessary that the aspirants meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. Candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with Physics and Mathematics, plus another relevant subject can apply. In addition, the qualifying examination should have been passed with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% for reserved category candidates) in the mentioned subjects taken together.
Moreover, the aspirants with DVoc certificate in the same or allied sector are eligible for admission as well. At the time of form filling and admission, the important documents should be kept handy

To be eligible for the BTech programme at Himalayan School of Science and Technology the aspiring candidates need a minimum of 50% in class 12. A candidate having Diploma or BSc degree with minimum 55% marks will be eligible for direct admission to second year of BTech programme under lateral admissions.
