Hi, Osmania University offers a B.Tech/B.E. in the field of Engineering and Technology for a duration of four years with various specializations. The basic eligibility criteria for admission into B.Tech/B.E. is 10+2 & the selection is based on the merit secured in an Entrance Examination followed by Counselling. Osmania University offers a B.Tech degree in 4 specializations and BE degree in 8 specializations. Osmania University B.Tech/BE Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 45% with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry as a compulsory subject or Diploma for getting admission into B.Tech/BE Osman
