btech Eligibility

To be eligible for BTech at ICT Mumbai, candidates must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects (40% for Backward Class, EWS and PwD category candidates of Maharashtra). Else, those who have done a Diploma in Engineering or BSc exam from a recognised institute of Maharashtra with 45% aggregate (40% for Backward Class, EWS and PwD category candidates of Maharashtra) can also apply for BTech at ICT. There is, however, no age limit to be eligible for admission.

The candidate will be selected as per pre-defined course curriculum. The aspirant will be selected as per under Graduate NICMAR Common Admission Test (UG-NCAT) and Personal Interview (PI). This is to note that, for BTech in Civil Engineering, valid scores of JEE / MH CET / PERA / CUET UG / Other States CET will be considered as an alternative for UG-NCAT.

Admission to BTech programme is based on a valid score obtained in either AERO-CET / MH-CET / Any other National or State Level Engineering Entrance Examination

Candidates must have cleared Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies with at least 45% aggregate or Diploma in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% aggregate. Five per cent relaxation is given to the reserved category candidates.

Admission to BTech is based on JEE Main and JEE Advanced scores followed by JoSAA/ CSAB Counselling.

The eligibility criteria for BTech course at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Tiruchirappalli (IIIT Trichy) is that candidate should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 75% aggregate. Moreover, candidates also  needs to clear the national-level entrance exams which include JEE Main.

Delhi Maritime Academy offers B.Tech course in the fields of Naval Architecture, Petroleum Engineering and Marine Engineering. It also provides the facility of Lateral Entry in B.Tech course.

The eligibility criterias for applying in B.Tech at Delhi Maritime Academy are as follows:

> Candidates must have a minimum aggregate marks of 45% in class 12th with PCM background.

> Candidates must not be above the age of 25 years at the time of admission.

> Candidates must be atleast of the age of 17.5 years at the time of enrolment.

Vinoba Bhave University offer courses in various fields like education, law, management, Science and humanities. Eligibility for most of the courses depend on the score obtained in 12th class and other than this it also depends on entrance exam. For getting admission in the Courses like B tech at Vinoba Bhave University one must have to be passed in the 12th class with Physics, Chemistry, maths with a good score. JEE Mains score, some state level engineer entrance exams' score are also considerable for admission. 

Candidates must have cleared Class 10 and 12 with PCM and a minimum of 50% aggregate to become eligible for BTech programme given at School of Computer Science, UPES. They must keep this in mind before applying.
