Students who have passed Class 12 with compulsory subjects Physics and Math and one of the optional subjects (Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational Subjects) with or without grace with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) are eligible to apply for BTech courses. In addition, for B.Tech (Lateral Entry), aspirants with a Diploma/ BSc degree with Mathematics as one of the subjects in Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) are eligible.

No, B tech Graduates are not eligible for the UGC NET Exam. Eligibility Criteria: Students who have secured at least 55 percent marks in a Master's Degree or equivalent examination from universities or institutions recognised by UGC in Humanities and Social Science, Computer Science, Applications, Electronic Science, etc. Are eligible for the NET exam. The OBC belonging to non-creamy layer, SC, ST, and PWD category students who have secured at least 50 percent marks in a Master's degree or equivalent examination are eligible for the NET exam.
