The minimum criteria to take admission at Calcutta Institute of Technology B.E./B.Tech is a *10+2 with PCM (minimum 45 % aggregate).* Valid scores are considered in either the *WBJEE* or the *JEE Main* entrance tests to select. Only the passing students should then take part in the *central based WBJEE Counselling on the internet*. These include online registration, filling of choices (including CIT), seat allotment on basis of merit and lastly reporting to the institute to do the document verification and fee payment to complete the admission.

To pursue B.E./B.Tech in Patel College of Science and Technology, Bhopal, one has to qualify 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) with 45% (General) and 40% (Reserved categories). To be eligible for admission to the BE/BTech course at Sinhgad College of Engineering, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects from any recognised board.
