IIAEIT Pune gives undergraduate engineering courses in 3 specialisations, i.e., Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, and Avionics Engineering. The other two integrated five-years are given in the specialisation of BTech + M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering and BTech + M.Tech Defence Technology.

The primary eligibility requirement for admissions into BTech course at IIIAEIT Pune is students should complete their Class 12th from PCM stream with a min. aggregate of 45% and 40% for reserved categories. Students who have qualified their three-year Diploma in Engineering with at least an aggregate of 45% are also applicable to apply.

Yes, IIAEIT Pune does offer BTech course for four-years. The institute also offers BTech + M.Tech course for the duration of five-years, and divided into ten semesters. The eligibility for admissions into theses courses depends on the scores achieved in SPACE CET.

BTech is one of the most popular courses of Rajalakshmi Engineering College in terms of placements. The course-wise placement details are yet to be released. A total 268 recruiters visited the campus in 2025 so far and presented 1941 job offers to the students of the batch 2025. The overall the highest package offered during the Rajalaxmi Engineering College placements 2025 stood at INR 54 LPA.
