Instead of asking about the BTech course fees at IIT Hyderabad on an online platform, instead check it on the official IIT Hyderabad website as it will be more accurate and the Institute fees for different branches in the BTech course is different and nobody can provide an accurate overall data of the fees. So just search for beat Tech course fees at IOT Hyderabad for your branch, and you will get the first Google website, Hyderabad and the date will be much more accurate and updated as per the current financial year.

Irrespective of the specialization, you'll learn about Engineering Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in the first year of the BTech course. You'll build the base of your specialisation initially.
The first year might also include English and Drawing, depending on your specialization.

Yes, you can. You can either get admission to a distance or part-time BTech course to avoid entrance exams, or check out for a college that provides admission based on merit.
But let me be clear. If you want admission to an IIT, NIT, or even a top private college like BITS, SRM, VIT, etc., you'll need to go through the entrance exam process.
