Yes, it is worth to study from IIIT Nagpur. The institute recorded a placement rate of 97.10% for the BTech batch 2025. The the highest and average packages offered during IIIT Nagpur placements 2025 stood at INR 60 LPA and INR 14.96 LPA, respectively.

The 2026 BTech admission deadline at IIT Dhanbad has currently not been disclosed. However, the BTech admissions at IIT Dhanbad generally close with the registration deadline for the JEE Advanced. 

The JEE Advanced 2026 deadline is scheduled on May 2nd 2026.

No, the eligibility criteria for BTech dual degree courses at IIT Dhanbad is the same as regular BTech admissions.

Candidates are required to clear Class 12 board exams with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects and score an aggregate higher or equal to 75% to qualify for the Dual Degree BTech courses.

The IIT Dhanbad BTech fees was INR 1.34 Lacs last year. This fees was paid in eight instalments throughout the duration of the BTech courses at IIT Dhanbad.

Each instalment of the aforementioned IIT Dhanbad BTech fees costed INR 16,800.

The current tuition fees for BTech courses at IIT Dhanbad is currently unknown. Last year, the tuition fees at IIT Dhanbad stood at INR 1 lakh.

This fees was charged on per semester basis in eight instalments. Each instalment costed INR 12,500.

The OBC-NCL category of students receive the highest number of seat reservations during BTech admission at IIT Dhanbad.

NIT Patna offers BTech course to students at the UG level. It is offered for 4 years in several specialisations. To be eligible for BTech at NIT Patna, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the college. Candidates must be Class 12 passed with a minimum 75% aggregate with PCM.

The different course eligibility for BTech and M.Tech at Indian Institute of Technology Jammu admissions is as shown here:

  • BTech: Pass Class 10 & Class 12 with a minimum score of 75% (65% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) in subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.
  • MTech: Graduate from a recognised University (in a relevant degree) with a minimum score of 65% (60% for reserved categories) or a CGPA of 6.5 (6 for reserved) out of 10.
