I think, GD depends on your knowledge, about the topic, the facts which you are presenting and the proper way to present it. How you listen to other group members and you are not in hurry, giving a decent chance to other members also. If it is an abstract topic and something that which you don't know about, you should wait for others to speak and then try to find different point.

It depends on what kind of job you are looking for in future. If you are inclined towards a leadership/managerial role, then MBA is preferred. If you are looking to develop on technical and analytical skills, then M.Sc is preferred. Also, MBA normally requires a work ex while M.Sc can be done directly after undergrad also.

Procedure for Admission is-
Give any of the MBA entrance exam like CAT, XAT, CMAT, NMAT, MAT etc. Choose a college of your choice from the variously ranked Colleges depending on your interest and your expected test score. Then after you are shortlisted for GD and PI, prepare for that and give the GD PI of at least 2-3 College so as to increase your chances of getting a B school. Given the experience you have in banks, you can try the same in the Finance department in MBA. If you are interested in interaction with people and you are good at communicating with others, you can opt for Marketing.

Your profile is good enough, but have you given any other entrance exams apart from SNAP. If not, I would suggest you give some other entrance exams like CMAT and MAT of February and score well then you will have good chances of converting good B Schools. Check authentic ranking websites about B-Schools and then, take an informed decision. It's among the top tier B Schools and accepts all entrance scores but there is no such cut-off. The main focus is on GD and PI. Admissions are going on and I can provide you with discount coupons if interested.

For SC category, our college also follows university rules. And SIOM selects mostly on profile bases, our college doesn't disclose the cut-off.
Anyway, all the best for the shortlist.

Last year's cut-offs for CAT were 85.20 and 78.03 for PGDM and PGDM-IB respectively. However, this is just for reference and the actual cut off this year may vary.
Also, FSM has no reservations. Admissions happen purely on merit.
