I don't think so that there will be a separate cut off of IIFT Delhi as well as Kolkata for Chartered accountants especially. Cutoff for General category students is most likely to be in the range of 35-40 marks. The corresponding figures for NC/OBC and SC/ST/PWD should be around 30-34 and 25-28 marks respectively.

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then M.Tech / MS would be a better option. However, if you want to move into general management / operations side, then MBA would be better.

School of Business Management-Indore has it's own significance and provides the students with maximum possible package. Also, NMIMS provides the same. Both the institutes have different companies visiting their campus and therefore may differ in some nominal amount. According to my knowledge, NMIMS is known for the highest packages compared to some other institutes of management studies.

Good to hear that you want to do something unique from the crowd. After hospitality and luxury business management studies that you want to pursue, you have a greater scope definitely. One of the basic thing you can do is grab the opportunity of the placements provided front your institute initially. Moreover, you can apply for the different areas where the hospitality plays a vital role.
