Well, MBA and PGDM are the same. Some colleges come under the universities that provide MBA degree and some colleges or the same colleges have their own curriculum programme and they call it PGDM course. But these are the same courses with slight differences in curriculum.
The fees for PGDM is generally more than MBA and placements are same.
You can go for PGDM if you have slightly less score to do MBA in the same college.

Yes, of course, there are around 106 entrance exams for MBA depending on colleges you can give the entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA most of the colleges accept the score of these exams too.

The CAP process for MBA Admission in Maharashtra has already begun and still going on kindly visit the DTE Maharashtra website for more information and on 61.05percentile It's very difficult to get you better MBA college but still you can try or can do repeat the entrance exam if possible.

Well, definitely, it will have some effect on your MBA but it just depends on your first job placement. If you have done some job in that 2-year gap it will help you to get a good job. And if not Its totally depends on how you answer in your job interview what you have done in that 2-year gap.

It depends on your interest. If you feel like you are not that much into technical side than you can go for MBA or if you are looking for some better job opportunity.
Even I was working with an MNC as a software developer since last 2 years. Now I have resigned from my job and am taking admission in MBA from the next month.
