First, you decide what kind of work you are planning to do and then choose what to study not vice versa. It's up to you what courses you can study. You already have an MBA so it will make admissions difficult. If you gain some work experience now it will be better for you to apply thereafter.

I don't have any idea about PUMBA.
Just go through the last year's cut-off of colleges and apply for CAP round.
