Hi Sanjana,
First, you decide what kind of work you are planning to do and then choose what to study not vice versa. It's up to you what courses you can study. You already have an MBA so it will make admissions difficult. If you gain some work experience now it will be better for you to apply thereafter.

If you have passed the CAT exam, you can probably go for any stream in MBA. CAT is the entrance exam, it can lead you to higher knowledge and intellectuals, whereas, MBA is the platform where you can learn managing the practical aspects. You can definitely go with the streams you prefer and the ones are of your interest.

In SIES, the cut-off for MMS is more than 98 percentile, so chances of getting SIES are very low.
I don't have any idea about PUMBA.
Just go through the last year's cut-off of colleges and apply for CAP round.
Best of luck.

It's very difficult to get admission in both the colleges as their CAT cut-off is more than 99%ile and your academic score is also not good. You should try for colleges like KJ Somaiya, Narsee Monjee and Goa Insititute of Management.
