Sharda University MBA course is not open to direct admission. Candidates need to appear for the SUAT in order to be eligible for MBA admissions. If the candidates have the appropriate score in any one of CAT, XAT or MAT then they can apply through those scores as well.

- SSLC/ Class 10 Certificate
- PUC/ Class 12 marksheet in original
- Transfer Certificate from last attended School/ College in original
- 3 recent passport-size and 2 stamp-size photographs

- Migration Certificate in original for students coming from universities other than Karnataka State or CBSE/ ICSE
