Yes, you can pursue an MBA in Operations through online or distance mode. I actually explored this option when I was looking at ways to continue working while studying, and flexibility was the biggest reason I considered it.

A friend of mine chose an online MBA in Operations because he already had a full-time job and couldn't attend regular college classes. He told me that the course helped him understand areas like supply chain, logistics, process management and operations planning without having to leave his job.

If you're more interested in online campaigns and digital platforms, I'd lean toward Digital Marketing. If you want broader marketing exposure, a regular Marketing MBA may make more sense.
