To gain admissions into GITAM BBA course, candidates need to register for the GITAM GAT entrance exam and clear it with an appropriate rank. Candidates are also required to fulfill the eligibility criteria for BBA admission at GITAM. Once the candidates have cleared the GITAM GAT entrance exam. Candidates will be called for a personal interview round. If the candidates clear the interview round, they get seat allotment for BBA course at GITAM.

Aspirants have to pay an application fee to register for RMAP for MBA admissions. The application fee for RMAP is INR 1,500 + 18% GST. Candidates can pay the application fee via any of the online payment modes. The fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable/ adjustable against any other counselling mode including RMAP in future.

The last date to apply for the GAT registrations in the year 2025 was 5th June 2025. The candidates were allowed to submit applications for BBA admissions since December 2024. Candidates who registered themselves for the exam within this period will be able to appear for the GITAM GAT entrance exam for BBA admisions. Candidates will then be called for a personal interview after that.

Candidates who have completed Class 12 in any stream can apply for BBA programme at ECB Bikaner. Since the college has not specified the minimum aggregate, aspirants with a decent score can apply for the programme. Besides, admission to BBA is based on qualifying exam scores of the candidates.
