From the beginning of their first year, GIBS Business School provides students with structured placement training so that they will be ready to work when they finish school. There are finishing school modules where students will participate in aptitude training, communication skills, and personality development. Students take part in group discussions, presentations, and practice for interviews to gain confidence and improve their interview performance.

The school conducts workshops on writing a resume, etiquette in a corporate setting, and counselling to help students understand job expectations from potential employers. Continuous guest lectures and leaders are responsible for providing students with information concerning the job placement environment they will be facing once they graduate.

Throughout their program, students will participate in internships and other ways of obtaining practical experience. The MBA candidates who have paid the fees for the new academic year can withdraw the admission and become eligible for refund as per the NMIMS refund policy. Such candidates have to fill the withdrawal application form on the official website of the college.

 If any candidate requests for withdrawal of admission before the beginning of the new session, the admission department will process the document with the necessary approvals.

 Whereas in the case of any requests made after the start of the session, the candidate will have to get the Clearance /No dues from all the concerned departments of the School. If there are any refund of fees, it will be credited to the bank account provided by the applicant in the application.
