Candidates who wish to apply for the BMS Course must fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria, i.e., at least 50% marks in graduation. BMS Admission is done either on the basis of merit or an entrance exam. The most common BMS entrance exams in India are DU JAT, AIMA UGAT, etc.

There can be ample chances for job for you, but you need to have networking in your industry & apply for related job from here. Once you get the employment letter, you need to file work visa for that particular country. Each country has its own laws & regulations for work visas & the employer/lawyer can help you get more details for the same.

You have two options. First one being, you're doing a course (MSW/MA/M.Sc/Maharashtra) in TISS and in your first year itself you appear for TISSNET, clear the cut-off for HRM&LR, get selected post your interview and join. In this case, you'll be discontinuing your earlier course mid-way.
Second, why do you want to wait 2 years to complete another course and then do M.A. in HRM & LR?

It is not the only determining factor and a person with high CGPA has better chances of getting into in good colleges or company is not very true and is situation specific, I would elaborate this with some examples. As far as placements are concerned you need to score above a particular range (ex. 8 CPI and above for some companies) to appear for the process. As far as getting in a college for higher studies is concerned, it all depends on university and your overall profile.
