You can apply for job opportunities in NGOs, rural projects of UNDP, rural development projects by government agencies, CSR departments of different companies. The easiest way would be to create a profile in the employment portal and to get an idea of different job roles as per your resume.

Normally very few online MBA programs provide placement assistance to students. But you can apply for job opportunities through an online MBA. You can search for relevant job descriptions and can apply through job portal sites, Linkedin.

Yes, you can apply through CMAT scores. PUMBA accepts CAT/CMAT/MAH-CET scores for admissions into the MBA program.

First, you should be very clear that you don't want to step into any other domain you will only prefer HR no matter what, it will also depend whether you are a Fresher or a Person with some Work Experience normally those people who have some work experience prefer to choose a domain but if you are a fresher then you can explore more what other domains have to offer.

Last year only MAT Conducted Home - Proctored online Exam for this year you would have to check the website of MAT as Covid Based restrictions are eased now, its very likely exams would be held at Exam Centres.

You can go for Management Exams i.e CAT XAT SNAP CMAT etc. Every year thousands of students opt for Management education in India. First, you need to Crack any of the above-mentioned exams, and then based on your scores you would be shortlisted for a GD &Personal Interview which consists of 20 - 25 % weightage for calculating the combined merit list.
