To efficiently operate we need a team HR in a company, HR does alot of activities could be payroll, boarding, learning & development, attendance and many other. As per UGC guidelines, you cant go for 2 regular degrees at a single time. So you can go for Bachelor of Physical Education & Sports (BPES) after your BBA. Eligibility for BPES in most of the top universities is pass in 10+2 and you might have to qualify some entrance test of the university.
