The scope of an MBA in HR from LPU is quite good if you're aiming for corporate HR roles. The programme focuses on talent acquisition, training & development, performance management, labor laws, and HR analytics, along with practical exposure through internships and projects. LPU's strong placement support helps HR graduates find opportunities in sectors like IT, manufacturing, FMCG, banking, and services, in roles such as HR executive, recruiter, HR analyst, and training manager. Career growth largely depends on your skills, internships, and how actively you engage in campus placement activities.

Yes, you can pursue a MBA coursde in Human Resources even when you have a degree in psychology. While a psychology degree is not a common resource for an MBA in human services, it is still considered as a valuable asset. Psychology provides a solid foundation for understanding human behaviour, which is important and necessary in HR functions. Many HR professionals come from a variety of educational backgrounds, as having a degree in psychology can give you a unique perspective in effectively managing HR.

On one hand, a degree in MBA Finance will allow students to pursue a career dealing with the financial aspects of a business, like risk management, valuation of funds and accounting. On the other hand, an MBA in HR is responsible to administer the largest capital of an organisation, I. e. , human capital. I will advice you to choose MBA with HR. I would say marketing has more scope than HR. Every startup, domestic, and MNC is always in look for Marketing professionals in India. Growth opportunities are huge in marketing than in HR. The package is also good if you meet the target. Marketing is an exciting job to take up. I would suggest you go through NIRF rankings 2020 for B-Schools and plan accordingly. LPU has been ranked 37 as per the NIRF ranking 2021. Also, spending more money on colleges has nothing to do with the quality of education. It has to do with the quality of their infrastructure (for private colleges). The best thing about LPU about placement is that they provi

My advice to you would be to know your interests, strengths and weaknesses. Look at the subjects of the fields and try to know where your interest lies. It depends on you how you can work in the particular field. Both the fields IT and HR have the jobs available. The scope in the career also depends on whether you will perform better in the IT field or HR field. Therefore, it is better to analyse the topics in both the fields and try to know your interests based on that.
