The CMAT cut off may go around 94-95 percentile. Besides, if you get a very low score in one of the sections and the MBA college also applies the sectional CMAT cut off in shortlisting, it may be difficult for you to get admission in 2020.

Dear Senthil,
The eligibility requirement for all the above-mentioned courses is a Bachelors Degree from any stream by a recognised institute. As far as scope is concerned, all these courses are specialised management courses so they have a very good scope in India because these are emerging fields. You can choose any of them as per your interest.

While there are lot of certification programs/courses available in HR, however, which course can add the maximum value would depend on what kind of role you are involved in & what kind of role you aspire for. There are different certification programs for Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, R&R, T&D, HR Analytics etc. All of them add value for sure however which one will add the maximum value will depend on your career aspirations.
