LPU is a pretty good option for MBA if placements and practical exposure are your main concerns. You'll get opportunities for internships, company interactions and placements, but obviously your skills matter a lot too. Formal wear is usually expected during presentations, interviews and placement activities. For specialization, I wouldn't say HR or Marketing is better than the other. If you're good with people, HR makes sense; if sales, branding and communication interest you more, go for Marketing. LPU offers good exposure in both, so choose what actually suits you.
