At GIBS, it's better to attend classes and skills sessions regularly because you can miss important things if you're absent. Sometimes faculty explain assignment details in class, and presentations give you a chance to practise your communication. If you miss an assessment, it's best to speak to the faculty and understand what you need to do next.

• You might miss important topics or assignment instructions.

• Missing skills sessions means losing some practice.

• Attendance rules and assessment deadlines are important.

• If you have a genuine reason for being absent, inform the faculty as early as possible.
