IIM-U offers 2-Years MBA and one year MBA program in different disciplines. The admission criteria for 2-years MBA program is CAT, while for one year MBA is GMAT/GRE. Hence, admission in MBA programs are based on CAT/GMAT/GRE score.

With your experience and educational qualifications, it would be relatively easy to find a job abroad. But, it depends on where you wish to work. It would be hard to find job in English speaking countries, but you can try for job in gulf.

* 5 year Integrated Program (BBA + MBA ), got highest package of 37 lakhs as per 2017 batch data with 12.5 lakhs as the average package. Highest package of XLRI as 2017 batch was 43 lakhs with average package of 19.5 lakhs.
