It is a good college:* Infrastructure : The university has a Science section, technology section, finance and law sections. Computer labs and other labs are good. Classrooms are good and are maintained regularly. The university has separate hostels for boys and girls. The college is 30 km away from Bilaspur city.
* Faculty : I'm a student of Diploma in the mechanical department. In my department, the faculty members are helpful. They help the students in clearing their doubts. They conduct regular tests and give assignments on time. Teachers are highly qualified, and 18 out of 20 teachers are M.Tech qualified. Click on the link f

Yes, you can get admission, but you must have relatively good marks in your Bachelor's. 75+ would be best.

I would suggest you go for the HRM, it has more opportunities. Public relations is also good, but study it from a reputed college only.

They are kind of same, but there is a difference between administration and general management, but it's fairly subtle. A business management degree focuses more on planning and organizing, whereas a degree in business administration provides a broad background and then allows the student to focus on a specialized area of business.
