You need to improve your communication skills and try to become open. MBA is a type of course where you need to improve yourself, you should have good communication skills, good in presentation, public speaking, etc. It is not hard, you can do it. In starting it's take time to become open, but after that you will realize you were worrying for no reason. No one cares about others, may be they laugh at that instant of time but you should focus on improving yourself.

CAT exam is tough as there are limited seats in IIMS, and there are only few good IIMS like IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Calcutta, IIM Bangalore, IIM Indore, etc. Nearly 2 Lacs candidates apply for CAT exam but seriously 50 K students prepare seriously for it. Paper is not tough if you practice problems and do hard work. Focus on English, logical reasoning, etc. Follow study materials and faculty. Don't skip classes as classes are very important. Simple thing is that many people are fighting for limited seats and you have to defeat everyone for getting those seats.

Hi,
If you get admission in IIM before completing the course and getting your degree, then you can cancel the admission here and go to IIM. But, if you get the degree then it would be difficult.
