Yes, after graduation you can do CAT. You can take CAT exam in your final year of graduation. You will be eligible for that. Good luck.

Yes, you can but firstly, you have to give IELTS Exam. On the basis of your IELTS score, admission will be decided, minimum 6.5 band is required.
