In 12th, mathematics is not compulsory. You can take alternative subject to replace to mathematics. For pursuing HR, you not need maths but you should think analytically.

There are lots of centers in Bangalore for MAT coaching but on a personal note, I wouldn't recommend it because MAT exam is really easy to qualify. You can qualify it without preparing. So don't waste your money. Of course, this is just a suggestion. The choice is all yours. All the best.

In Kerala, the top colleges for MBA are Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies, SCMS Cochin and DCS Vagamon. You can apply to all of these. Once the shortlisting is done, they will call you for the GD PI session. Make sure that you do well in the GD PI session. All the best.
