Hi Mohammed Jithin, a quick view of your profile gives a good impression. Your GMAT score, CGPA etc. is quite good as per USF's minimum criteria. Please apply early if you have not done yet. March 1 is the early deadlines if I am not wrong. Chances of admission will also greatly depend on your personal statement, extracurricular activities, recommendation letters etc.

Both are fine!
First of all, UPSC is not a course, it is an exam! MBA is a 2-year course after graduation! The thing is that your point of interest towards the subject! If you want to pursue MBA then go for that!

Work experience do matter but it's not the only factor that decides admission in MBA colleges. Your academics, internship, other skills etc. Also matter. Moreover the weightage of entrance exam score, GD, PI in combined is more.
