Hi friend,
This is a very common question asked by the students. MBA course comes under the eye of MG University, so surely, you will have to score internal marks according to the pattern set by the University. As per my suggestion, you neither go with FOSTIIMA nor IPU because according to ASSOCHAM report only 7% of MBA graduates are skilful (excluding IIMs). So, choosing a good MBA college is a very crucial decision. So, choose wisely or try next year.

At 73%ile, you have very limited options like IMI-BBSR, XISS-Ranchi, Christ University and IFIM-Bangalore. These are the Tier-2 & 3 colleges. If you are not in hurry then try your luck next year and grab a seat in a premier B-School.

There is no relation between business studies and IPMAT as business related questions don't come in IPMAT paper. They are basically aptitude and verbal based.

Try appearing in May MAT 2019 and secure more marks in as higher marks in the entrance test increases the chances for a good college. Thus, as per your score, I would say that you apply for ICFAI University, Agartala.

As per your percentile, there are many colleges available for you like PIBM, Christ University, Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, etc.
Thus, it's up to you as which college you want to join.
According to me, you should join Rajagiri.

According to what I have seen, the previous cut-off scores were 92+. So, it seems a little difficult but my suggestion is that you apply for it and see till where it takes you. Along with it, apply for a lot of other colleges also. Don't just wait for the results from one college.
All the best.
