It is definitely NIEM. NIEM is the first professionally established event management schools in the country providing a full-time course in event management. They have tie-ups and contracts with CII, EMAI, FICCI and Ad Club. They also have am event research cell that functions in more than 5 cities in India, so you don't have to doubt the exposure you would be receiving at the institute.

Your score is okay. If you are looking for Delhi as an option, you can try JIMS-Kalkaji, as placements are excellent. They have GD/PI on March 2 & March 8. For details www.jagannath.org.

Qualification from a college/school/kinder garden is not required to start a business. However, what makes a business successful is the passion and unending energy to accomplish things. Also, it is advisable that you gain some experience on the field. You can learn by working under people and noticing how to manage people, make a good investment, things required in the setup of the industry and capital (that you can borrow from investors), etc. So, don't worry if you don't have a degree or formal education. Just get on to your job. Many successful business persons never went to school.
