ODM Business School uses an application process. Here, a candidate must submit the application and present their valid entrance exam scores either from tests such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, or OJEE. Next, candidates will require to submit an online/ offline application form. In the next stage, applicants will go through the Personal Interview round wherein the candidate's aspirations along with experience will be scrutinized. Then comes verification of their documents and payment of an admission fee. The final process essentially tests both academic and personality requirements needed in business management study.

Placement from Lotus Business School is well-established, and the college has strong industry networking. Top companies like Wipro, Axis Bank, and Deloitte recruit from these very MBA/PGDM classes. Salary packages for freshers are in the range of INR 4-6 LPA, and top-performers get even better salaries depending on their skill levels as well as interviews. Placements in LBS are satisfactory also. The placement cell within the institute conducts mock interviews and gives career counseling, workshops so as to ensure good jobs and thus placements for its students. In a word, the track record of launches at LBS has steadily built up.
