No, candidates who wish to apply for the MBA course at VIT-AP are not required to have a UG-level business degree. The MBA admissions at VIT-AP are open to all candidates who can present a valid degree from a recognised institute that had a minimum duration of three years. The discipline and stream of the UG level degree does not matter.

To get into top 20 MBA colleges, you typically need a valid score GMAT or GRE score. Also, Indian students must provide English proficiency test scores. These scores play a key role.

Universities will ask you for work experience.

There are none. Since the Business Communication courses are offered at the Certificate level, you don't really have to fulfill any eligibility requirements to get admission to a Business Communication school. Most of the institutes provide Business Communication courses in online mode.

So, just register on their platform, pay the course fee, and get started with the program.

Work experience is not a necessity for entrance into the PGDM or MBA course here at GIBS, though it is considered and offers an advantage in a significant manner.
As per the selection criteria of GIBS, due weightage is provided to the applicants with work experience.
Work experience during admission evaluation contributes 10% to the overall score.
Most of the fresh graduates (without work experience) get admitted, for instance, approximately 76% of the recent PGDM batch consisted of freshers.
So, although prior experience helps, freshers are fully eligible to apply.
