Meerut Institute of Engineering & Technology (MIET) was estalished in 1997. It is managed and governed by the City Educational & Social Welfare Society. The institute is affiliated with the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam University- AKTU and offers courses approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
