LLB and CA both are hard but not same type. LLB needs lot of reading and learning laws with writing practice. CA is more about maths, logic and accounting work. Many students feel CA tougher because passing rate is small. If you like law and study daily, LLB becomes not so hard later.

For the CA exam (Foundation / Intermediate / Final) in Bihar, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) *does include Madhepura as one of the possible exam cities in some sessions — but this doesn't always mean there is a centre exactly in Madhepura town every time.

Hi.
It depends a bit what you mean by “with CA” because Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)'s CA qualification is not a traditional “degree course” offered by a college/university, but a professional certification course which candidates register for independently.
What “CA” means — and why no college “offers CA” as a degree
CA is governed by ICAI, not by universities. To become a CA, you register with ICAI (through Foundation route after Class 12, or via Direct‑Entry if eligible).
That means no college or university can confer a CA “degree.” CA qualification is separate from university

Yes, BSc is not needed to do CA however students of BSc can still choose to pursue a career in Chartered Accountancy by completing the required professionak course and clearing the three levels of examination: Foundation, Intermediate, and Final.
Thus, Students with a BSc can still make a career in Chartered Accountancy by qualifying for and completing the CA course.
