The Chartered Accountancy Course is divided into three levels I. e. CA Foundation, CA Intermediate and CA Final. To become a CA in India, you must pass all these three levels of CA including three years of Articleship Training. Thus, it takes a minimum of 5 years for you to become CA after class 12th.

Yes, you can do CA without graduation but I will suggest that to do graduation with CA and usually people opt for B.Com or B.Com honours course because CA student doesn't have to study for B.Com. But, if you don't want to attend college then just go for the distance college where you have to give exam of B.Com only.

If you are in B.Com final year then prepare for direct CA intermediate because after graduation there is a option of direct entry route to give CA intermediate exam and you don't have to appear for foundation. So I will to prepare for CA intermediate. All the best.

You can apply any time, the registration portal are opened for a whole year but there are some certain deadlines. For example:- if you want to appear for November 2023 then registration is to be done before 31 Jan or specific time by ICAI.

No, Delhi University doesn't provide CA course. Infact, any person cannot do CA in a college or university because CA is a professional degree, you have registered with ICAI ( Institute of Chartered accountants of India).

Go a head!
Pros :-
You will have enough time to prepare for CA .
If you give time to graduation you will clear papers with good Marks
Cons :-
If you are not self disciplined and focused, you may loose track.
