Yes, you may appear for the second group of CA IPCC in 2025. You had cleared the first group in the year 2014, hence no expiration would be applicable against your eligibility for appearing in the second group. But do keep an eye open to whether syllabus or rules have changed over time since the year 2014 so you can make aware of changes as well. Better always refer the latest version as ICAI does it with the help of their updated websites.

CA IPCC is way more tough than CA. Exam becuase on comparing Statistics 2lac students appear for CA. Examination in which 1lac students only appear to just gain experience and to learn exam pattern and the real competition is with 1 lac students in which around 20k students get colleges with quite good placements and their career is about to be set in 2 years. Whereas in CA (whether Inter or final) around 1 lac students give exams and only 10k students qualify. And also comparing syllabuswise, CA. Exam is just a MCQ based exam where you just need to practice questions you do not need so much deep knowledge about the topics and chapters

Yes, you are eligible for CS executive if you have cleared your CA Inter exam. CA qualifiers can have a direct entry in the CS executive programme. Also, graduates and post-graduates can adopt this direct entry route too.

For CA you don't need to go to college as there is no college specifically for CA but if you want to pursue B.Com with CA as the syllabus of B.Com is much related to the syllabus of B.Com. So it is a good option to pursue B.Com with CA. For part-time B.Com. You can consider Chandigarh University as it is ranked among the best private universities in India. There are top-notch companies coming for placements. The faculty is really good. I wish you all the very best in your future endeavor.
