There are only two reputed Canadian universities, who can offer you MBA with 15 years of education (10+2+ 3 years UG)
1-Royal Road University
2- NYIT
But, both of them are a bit expensive universities.
Never go for Vancouver Island University and Thompson River University, they will also offer you MBA, but these are one of the worst colleges you may find in Canada.

Hi, will depend on the nature of your gap, ideally you are fit for an MBA, for admission into MS you must have been highly academic and must have had research oriented work experience, publications etc.You are advised to email a couple of universities and get your profile screened beforehand.

Yes you are eligible. But the answer is not so simple. You need to go to various university websited and check-out their application requirements. For getting admission into the best universities, you need to build a strong profile with good recommendation letters, essays and SoPs etc.

Hi Malhar, there is no age limit as such, a lot of people work for several years and then plan out their studies.

Hi Manjusha, you are eligible to apply but chances that you will get an admission is very less. 20 backlogs is not acceptable easily and also your overall percentage is poor. Even if a college gives you an admission there is a high chance of a visa rejection. If you want to study abroad then look for countries which can be less strict in terms of acceptance than Canada, these can be Nomadic and Scandanavian countries and even in Europe and some Eastern European countries. If you are interested to be in Asia you can check Malaysia.

Your final marks would have to be high enough to meet the university's admission cut-off plus you may be expected to explain the reason for such high backs by both university and high commission.
