Have you been granted a loan already? For Diploma courses banks generally, don't give loans.

It's is not possible to name a college like this. Sometimes a university or college can accept lower scores and also offer bridge courses in English or pathway courses. This will depend the university completely. You need to email some universities and find out. Your class 12th grades are good so you will find good options.

Whether its beneficial or not will depend on your priorities and career plans. To study in Canada you must have completed your Bachelor with a first class. You should check university websites for admission requirements. Every university has varying criteria.

You can try applying for a work permit directly but after gaining some work experience mainly in Australia and Canada. Taking the study permit route is better but what are you going to study? You already have an MBA, universities particularly in Canada won't accept you for another MBA.

There is no MCA as such abroad, it's an Indian degree but you will find a similar Master's degree like Masters in applied computing, etc. PG Diploma courses are also available. You will find more options in Canada.

Yes, eligible but check with the colleges for the IELTS score requirement. For PG courses normally 6.5 is required but sometimes they do consider.
