Hi ,you should check colleges in Australia and also in countries like Russia, Norway, Ireland, etc. Canada is too competitive for you and so many backlogs won't be accepted.

Hi,
53% is too low for a non SPP college. Though you can re-apply and you may still have an admission offer, chances of a visa are nil. Check Australian institutes.
