Unfortunately Sailey, 48% is not acceptable by any foreign university. There are standards which you must meet. Atleast 55% is required. Canada and US for that matter are extremely competitive and very high percentile would be required.

You can compare the colleges you have shortlisted or yet to be shortlisted. If its IIM, ISB, XLRI and the top ranking ones you may consider an MBA in itself. However, if you get into a top ranking university in Canada you should consider the second option for better prospects globally.
