Hi Kirat,
Studying in Canada will appear more challenging at Bachelor's level as the pattern in India is very different. Most universities abroad are research oriented and support self-directed learning.
To help you further, you can read the following article and decide:

You have plenty of options to choose from as Canada offers you B.Com with different specializations like business, accounting, finance, taxation, etc. Just take a look at the courses offered by top universities like McGill, McMaster, Alberta, Toronto, UBC, etc. and choose what suits you the best.

PG studies in engineering studies can cost around $14000 to $ 21000 a year for international students. The figures are in Canadian dollars. Canadian universities are not too highly priced.

Hi Jagdish Manocha,
If your son secures very good grades and interested in research he can apply for a MS in mechanical engineering. He can also apply for specialized Masters that is MS in robotics, MS in transport design, MS in manufacturing design, MS in automation, MS in mechatronics, MS in automobiles and many more. He should choose a course which he thinks is best suited to his interests and career plans. Check this link too:

Both countries are equally good in terms of jobs but Canada is better for renewable energy degree and with CGPA 3, Australia will be easier to get. If you have a good profile in terms of research, extra-curricular and internships you can try Canada first and then Australia.
