The courses after pharmacy in Canada can be Diplomas in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs and quality operations, etc. in various Canadian colleges like Seneca, Fanshawe, etc. or workplace wellness and health promotion in centennial, etc. Your marks are average but you would need an IELTS 6.5 and above. There are different intakes to apply - January, May and September.

PGDM is offered by an autonomous institution and the institutes make their own syllabuses according to the market trends.
Both the courses have their own values and carry their own prospects. You will not face any difficulty during the time of getting job if you have any of these degrees, But MBA is the name that everyone knows and a few don't even know that PGDM exists. But I can assure you that both are equivalent with respect to superiority.
Personally I prefer MBA, everyone has their own choice. But please choose your specialization according

The admissions are not offered on basis of IELTS scores alone. Though your scores are poor you may still check with the universities or colleges if you could do a bridge course in English to meet the English proficiency requirements. Your chances are low but not impossible if you have a very good profile. You will be eligible to apply to colleges under SPP. Take your IELTS, an overall score of 6 with part less than 5.5 is required. Strong SOPs and LORs are also vital to your application.

Any top ranked university will ask for the GMAT but few options may be available. You may check for graduate certificate programs or PG Diploma programs.

Examination format is entirely different in Canada and most foreign countries. While an examination which may be either objective or descriptive is an important factor its noteworthy to mention that it's not the only important factor. Programs are mostly experiential learning comprising projects, research work, thesis, coursework or assignments, graduate seminars, etc. No mugging up nor plagiarism is allowed. Research is an important factor and also the submission of coursework within the specific deadline is mandatory. For details regarding credit points, I will advise you to check the degree requirements on university w
