Hello Karan,
Complete your 10+2 with very good grades. If you have completed your 12th boards there is no need of pursuing a diploma, I will rather advice you to apply for bachelor's program. Credit transfers could be tricky and depends from university to university . Communicate with them before applying and follow the timelines strictly.

Hello, The colleges in Canada have diplomas known as PGDM/Post Grad Diplomas/PG Diploma meant for the students who are going after Under graduation for a higher level education to make his career in Canada. So technically there is no difference in either terms & individual college may have different name of the same level of diploma.

Hello,
It really depends on your choice and the background of the degree you have in under graduation. Regarding placements, I see a little edge for supply chain but if your UG degree is in civil, construction management should be an obvious choice.

Hello,
No, the MBBS comparable degree is not available in Canada for Medicals but you may do an undergrad degree in Bio or pre-medicals & then clear MCAT to get admission in a Medical school. It is very competitive though.

Hello, You may actually apply for any course related to BBA in colleges where you may require an IELTS of 6.5 with no band less than 6.0 & the expenses can be around 12-15 lacs per year. While you have interest & background in computer science too - you may go for CS related courses too or network security etc. The cost for a PG level diploma remains the same & the cost for a degree can be a 5-7 lacs higher.
