Yes, and since you cannot pursue a Master degree program after a diploma, UG course is the only option. You must also take your IELTS.

What's your overall percentage? For admission at least 55% is required for colleges under SPP. Highly ranked universities require more than 75%.

5.5 band is not acceptable in any foreign country for admissions into PG courses. An overall 6.5 is required. Either you can opt for retaking the IELTS or check out for bridge courses.

1. Graduate with 60% for good business schools
2. GMAT score of above 600
3. Tofel or IELTS score
Work experience and extracurricular activities are the added advantages. Also, certificates of activities with NGOs also give an edge.
Now, talking about either US or Canada. The most preferred one is US, California.
All the best.

Most UG Diplomas are for 2 years and they can be completed in 3 years, depending on the students' convenience. PG Diplomas are mostly for 1 year to 2 years.

You should be looking for a PG Diploma and not secondary diploma if that is the plan. You already have a Bachelor's so look for higher ups. Project Management is a good field and required in almost every sector. Decide basis your career plans. Check the SOL of Canada for specific job prospects.
