I think you should opt for a Government Job, as it provides a bright career in which Indian Railways is the best as it provides numerous benefits to the employees.

I wouldn't recommend you to go for part time graduation be it BBA or BMS. As this will not help you for further studies as well as job. Companies need people who have done full time graduation. Plus after 12th you will not get a good job. I would suggest you to complete your full time graduation first and then look for a job.

Of course you can. There are different universities abroad offering really varied types of courses. But unfortunately such information has to be obtained individually. I would advise you to approach an agency specialising in this area. There are very many nuances in whole process and you must get them all right.
